My Husband had used Pinkston Automotive and Collision to Service His Antique Truck when my 2007 Suzuki (nickname "Blue") stated to show symptoms of not feeling her best my husband called Mr Pinkston and he said bring "Blue"right in to do Diagnostic test.

I had 3 Appointment that day, one before and 2 afterwards. I told Mr Pinkston about my Appointments and he was so Compassionate, Courteous, Professional and Assured me that he was going to take care of us to be able to keep our Appointments. He showed me were I could be Comfortable because of Medical reasons, at that time, and I had to be on the Internet with my I Pad Books and he accommodated both. Before I knew it Mr Pinkston had "Blue" Diagnosed, he explained and showed me what the problem was and gave me instructions to keep" Blue" feeling her Best.

Pinkston Automotive and Collision not only cared about "Blue" but they cared about my Personal Life as Well like I was part of the Family.

This was one of the coolest repair shops I've ever been to! The staff is gold, cute nicknames being shouted over walkie talkies; the most at-home feeling lobby ever, with fresh scents and decorated with love. Definitely will recommend and return!
